The 2018 tfgTOUCHPOINTS™ study showed that in general, operators are focused on consumers and their shifting preferences and technology. They are seeking help in decoding both from traditional and nontraditional sources. We’ve broken down the insights in each section to highlight differences between commercial and noncommercial operators, and where applicable, under-40 operators vs. over-40 operators and male vs. female. Our goal is to provide foodservice manufacturers the kind of insights that will inform long-term planning.
